New: Lascaux Gesso black
Lascaux Gesso black is a deep black acrylic primer with a good tooth. This concentrated gesso is diluted with water and dries to a semi-absorbent matt surface. It gives opaque colours a particularly brilliant appearance.

- excellent spreadability
- highly opaque, lightfast and age-resistant
- concentrated and economical: 50-100 ml/m2
- dilutable with water, water-resistant when dry
- grindable, permanently elastic
Use and application:
- on absorbent substrates such as canvas, textiles, paper, cardboard, fabrics, fair-faced concrete, synthetics, and wood. Can be applied in multiple layers
- acrylic, oil, watercolour, tempera, and alcyd paints
- to be diluted water (see instructions on label)
