Lascaux Transparent Varnish 1 provides a crystal clear, glossy and scratch-resistant coating. Added to acrylic colours it increases adhesion and
resistance.
- colourless, water-resistant when dry
- highly transparent
- elastic yet hard, glossy film
- age- and weather-resistant
- lightfast and non-yellowing
- very high binder content
- very good adhesion, abrasion resistance and hardness
Use & application:
- as a final varnish for acrylic colours
- as colourless sizing or adhesive primer for various materials
- to increase the hardness of acrylic colours
- not suitable for water-soluble substrates
- dilutable with water in a 4:1 ratio
- apply 2 thin coatings at least
